Thinking about all the beautiful spring flowers that there are, starting with the snowdrops, aconites, daffodils, primroses, I realised that the vast majority of flowering bulbs and plants at this time of year are either white or yellow. In the summer there are poppies, roses, and others that are red and pink.
It seems to me that there are seasons of colour, and that set me wondering why? For instance, why aren`t there pink flowers in spring?
