Well, for any of you who think I`m an odd creature, (and I think that about myself very often!) this might explain or confirm it. When this was said to me this afternoon, I thought am I hearing right and I asked him to repeat it, but yes I had heard right. "You`ve got policeman`s heel", he said.
So, if you see me suddenly stand in the road and start directing traffic, you`ll know why, I`ve got some policeman`s heel in place of my own!
[What was he referring to? - the pain in my foot that I wrote about the other day. Apparently that`s the name for it, as well as it having a complicated name that I can`t pronounce, let alone spell.]
