Having lost my interest in baking for many years, (I used to do a lot when my Dad was alive, and I`ve not had the inclination to do it since), I now find that I`m drawn back to it, and enjoy having a good afternoon session in the kitchen. Which is what I`ve been doing this afternoon, and here are the results. Cake anyone?
