so here is a puzzle for you today.....
Which is the odd one out?
Why?,
What do the others have in common?
Square, Oblong, Circle, Triangle, Diamond
I should perhaps say -
What useful purpose do the others have?

It could be the circle, becuase it has no internal angles/corners, while all the others do. Or it could be the word 'oblong' because it only contains one vowel (the letter o) while all the others have more than one. Or it could be diamond because it's the only precious stone, while all the others are geometric shapes.
Or, indeed, the triangle because it's the only musical instrument.
which means it must be the square, because it's the only shape I haven't said is odd.
No correct reasons so far....
(I`m not saying if the shape chosen is correct or not, as that may eliminate or not!)
Still none correct. Try thinking of something we all use!
I`ll give the correct answer on Friday, if no-ones found it by then.
