Having just cooked and enjoyed this, thought I`d share it with you all.
Going to the fishmongers this morning to get the fish, there was no plaice and the cod and haddock didn`t look too fresh, so the lady suggeted I tried this. It was a fish that I`d never eaten before, but I said "ok, I`ll be adventurous and try it", they assured me I would like it... and... guess what?.... they were right, we all enjoyed it.
What was it? - Hake.
