The Men are in again!

We always seem to have men about the house this year!
Mother will be getting a bad reputation! - as soon as I go to work, men come in!!
Yes, the workmen are in again, or rather I should say the workmen are out. This time they`re repairing some of the outside walls because being an old house some of the bricks are crumbling.
It`s been a year of different jobs needing doing.
Why is it that everything always seems to repairing or replacing at once, then one can go years without needing anything?
